reraising w/ AK

$100NL 6-max @ Prima.

shortstack UTG w/ $20 raises to $3. UTG+1 ($80) calls . CO ($100) calls. Button ($45)calls. i pop it up to $20 from the small blind w/ AKo. i dont think the shorty can fold with a big pot developing, and these opponents would have reraised with AA/KK.

unfortunately folds around to button, who pushes his remaining $25 into the $33 pot.

did i butcher this hand already? and should i call button's push?

You have to call since it's unlikely that he has AA/KK...and if that's true, why wouldn't you call? I'm not a big 6-max player, but I'd be more inclined to call the pfr and check raise any A/K flop that wasn't too scary.

im not worried about what the shortstack has...with $10 dead money in the pot...i'll take a coinflip for his $20, and if he has AA/KK...well...good for him. my question is whether i should have been more careful about the other players. as you can see, my big isolation re-raise worked...but it isolated someone who i thought would fold. im not too worried about calling.....calling $25 into $58 when i am only in fear of 2 hands and there wont be any more money in on the flop is an easy call.

anyway....Fishy-boy pushed with [Ah][8h] and rivered an 8. my real question though, regardless of the results, is if i overcommitted myself unnecesarily preflop.
