No reads and full stacks.

1. UTG limps, SB completes, I check in the BB with [Ah][7h].

2. Flop [Ac][Ks][7d], pot $3, SB checks, I lead $3, UTG raises to $6, SB folds, I reraise to $18, and UTG calls.

3. Turn [Jd], pot is $40. Hero (I have $80 behind)?
The better player should win the race. Always.

I would bet $35
Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.
