Yeah, back to that old question of "most important quality of a winning player"... patience is probably it... (I definitely put sense of humor WAY up there as well, though!).
Actually, I'm hoping very long individual sessions will provide a partial cure to the restlessness. I think it's very important (for me, anyway) to stick completely to "tight is right" for at least an hour (maybe a few exceptions with known players, but probably very few).
But if you've had a table going for 8 hours or more, you really do have some hands to go on with the players at the table. Also should have played a few sets and such. I think as long as I feel like I'm making even some minor adjustments to my mental notes on the players, then I feel like I'm developing rather than just "being a poker machine."
