Question for UB regulars (and others)

Please explain how the **** you play at Ultimate Bet. The frickin' bet the pot button changes everything. People are betting pot and raising pot like crazy. And there's no way to put them on a hand. At least not that I can see. They'll do it with everything from top pair to missed AK to sets.

The "fold and show" button is nice. I never use it, but they do, which is sort of giving me some clues into their thinking. For instance, I raised AQ and got 2 callers, then bet pot on a rag flop (I figure everybody else is betting pot, I might as well too), they both folded, one of them showing KQ. OK, yeah, dude, I agree KQ is not something you can call with there, thanks for noticing.

I guess I'm used to players betting too little, compared to the proper bet size. At UB, they bet too much. What adjustments should I be making?

And yeah, I know one option is just leave and don't come back. A couple more nights like this and I may do that. But I want to see if I can figure out how to adjust and make UB a profitable site. It's all about learning to play good poker against different types of opponents.

Thanks in advance to anybody with any thoughts at all.

Find the call button.
Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Yuk, dont slowplay like crazy.

I've been playing there one week, and am loving the bonus and RB ontop.

I dont CB pot, I still CB 2-3 (eg on paird boards) to 3-4.

The first session there I had a player getting right tricky on me and showing his bluffs, I thought great this sites gonna be a pain in the ass to get used to. But since then players havent given me too much grief or gotten outa line too much.

I hate the fold and show button cos a couple of times Ive pressed it by accident! I never want to show.

Maybe a better strat may be to bet/fold turn and riv's more if check calling is (possibly more profitable) but too higher varience and too hard to put them on anything?

The speed of the UB game and the constant pot sized bets can definatley make you start to tilt if youre not careful.
