proud of this river bet

2/4 NL
no particluar read on my opponent. I have $400 he has like $600.

Dealt [Qd][Ad] in EP. I limp. Villian mini raises to $8. I'm the only caller.

FLOP$22
[Ah][8s][4s]

I check. Villian bets $4. lol. I raise to $20. Opponent calls.

TURN $62
[Ah][8s][4s][8h]

I really like this card.
I bet $40. Opponent thinks for a decently long time and calls.

RIVER $142
[Ah][8s][4s][8h][3h]

The backdoor flush is kinda scary...but i figure if he was drawing to it, he would have called my turn bet more quickly.

I bet $60. He calls a little bit faster this time.

He has [Ac][Js]. my kicker holds.
yay.

I'm not sure what its like in 2/4 world, but I like making this value bet on the river.

For me, it's been very rare when I've been check raised all in there or been put to some terrible decision. And even if I folded everyone of those, I'd still be long-term EV for the money from hands like above.
