I never know how to handle these types of situations. I do have 10 outs against an overpair and its possible it just an AK but probably not. How do you handle pocket pairs on these types of flops?

UTG calls $0.50, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.50, 1 fold, CO calls $0.50, 2 folds, BB raises to $2.5, UTG calls $2, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls $2, CO folds.

Flop: ($8.75) [3s], [6d], [4c] (3 players)
BB bets $9, UTG folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $17.75

You really have to play this hand as a drawing hand on that flop without any kind of read on your opponent. If he is a maniac or very aggressive then I may put in a raise there, but that is a small percent of the time. He is betting the pot and just not laying you proper odds to draw to 10 outs, and if the straight does hit he may not pay you off because there will be a 4 card stratight on the board.
