Im starting to put in longer sessions and i feel like i have my hands tied as to where my Br goes. I'm still trying to clear bonuses to maybe level up, i've even went down to $10 NL and i can't seem to break this dry spell. Is it possible i've reached a plateau that i might hover at for a while?

yes - this was where i was at for several months - the shift upwards came when I stopped trying to play ABC poker (often very frustrating at these levels) and started playing the players... if you haven't got PokerTracker and a real-time overlay program like PV or GT+ then you should..
