I would reraise anyone but an UTG raiser with TT. Poker hub does not work here, but overall the PFR average is 8.4% over about 7000 hands just to give you an idea of how often people raise preflop.

The 3-bettor is a regular so he probably raises a bit more than average.

Sometimes I will fold the flop, I was planning on dropping to a double barrel. On the river I was just trying to get value from JJ and QQ.

Thoughts?

I would still raise pre-flop but your line is OK too.

Flop is good. Turn is good. River.. I like a bigger bet. I think he'll still pay off a $40 bet with JJ/QQ/AA/AK.
