He checks, I bet $12 into $15, he raises to $32. It's $20 to me with another $160 behind. How to get the rest in? A shove is about 2 x pot.

I don't like the shove because you're only 54.6% to an overpair, I really prefer the bet/call shove or whatever.

Edit: and he didn't have the nuts by a mile, [6d] would be the nuts because it's the hardest hand to beat (4 of the flush cards are gone - your 2, and you make the straight flush with 2 of em). Against [7s] you're only a 42.7% dog!! Hell, him having 8x would be worse for you (40.9% dog).

Nice analysis BK. I don't agree 100% - how often do people 4-bet bluff flops? The making his range play worse part is spot on I think and well explained.

About your nuts: is on the board! He's got the best possible hand (not equity, agreed) now, but no way to improve. Wouldn't look so good in Omaha.
