Nut Low Flush facing river open push overbet - 400NL 6max

Villian - 392 and I cover. He's only been at the table for maybe 15 min. LAG.

Villian limps UTG, uber donk folds, I limp OTB with [4d][2d], sb folds, BB checks...3 to flop.

Flop: [Ah][Kd][6d]. Pot 14. BB checks, villian min bets 4, I raise to 16, only he calls.

Turn: [Ah][Kd][6d][4c]. Pot 46. He check-calls 32.

River [Ah][Kd][6d][4c][7d]. Pot 110. He OPEN pushes for 340...I TANK...HERO??

WOW.

Hmmm..tough one for sure.

The min flop bet and calling of your raise makes me think he has a flush draw so I would probably fold although it would really tick me off.

Preflop limp what? At least raise if you really want to play the hand.

Raise this PF if you are going to play it... Image, marginal hand, etc etc you know.

Flop fine, turn maybe a little bigger, river ughhhh... the fact the [Ah] is there and not [d] makes me think villian has something retarded like A8s. Yet in the heat of the moment I probably call this being like how can he think I have a FD... Ya so I don't think calling is that bad but I wouldnt call here a ton. If you raise this PF i woulda insta called this shit.
Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

After debating with shamdonk, I dunno what to do. First I thought fold, then I thought there's no way he could put us on a flush draw that got there and I thought call, and then I went on all sorts of tangents back and forth. I'd probably fold in the heat of the moment, but I think you should call now. It's so close as his river shove makes no sense at all. Just seems like an overzealous bluff. And it'd drive me nuts if I thought I fucked up in a big pot in such a close spot.

Okay...I tanked. I never take my FULL time cuz then I feel rushed in the last few seconds...instead I try to decide with 20 seconds left which lets me take another 10-15 or so to actually pull the trigger (folding or whatever).

It SURE looked like he was on the FD, didn't it?

I agree that the [Ah] really makes things worse since he can easily have the nut flush here...but would he open river overbet push with it? I didn't raise pf, so why should he put me on a monster?

On the other hand, this just looks like SUCH a bluff...my big worry going into the river was whether to bet if I hit and he checked - I'm leaning towads checking behind since I can't stand a CR...then the bastard just open pushes!

I called...

He flipped [Kh][Th]...atta donk, thanks for your stack.
