Nightmare on the flop!!!

Villan is a rock. Tight Semi-Aggressive. I lost my BIG stack here and could not laydown. Would u fold in this situation? From the early position his most likely holding is 1010. or QQ But he could also have a straight flush draw, or conceivably two pair Q10. His VPIP is 16% with a PFR of 2%. Should I have folded? I know you are not supposed to fold sets in this spot, but with the big stacks I think I have to. What do u guys think? I just have trouble folding sets under any circumstance.

I'd have a tough time folding that. Looks to me like AA, not a set. Mst poeple don' just "move all in" with sets..they try to get value from them by betting small and trapping.

The read would have me very worried. His stats make him sound like a winning player...but still...don't think I could fold.
