I raise to $7 with [Qc] on the button. BB calls. We both have $250.

Pot $15. Flop [5c][6h]. He checks, I misclick and bet $2. He check raises to $21. I call.

Pot $57. Turn . He leads full pot. I have no idea what to do here. I dont know if he thinks I have a flidh draw since I bet $2 and hes trying to force me out with TP or if he has a big hand and wouldve check raised me anyway.

Do I call him down or what?

umm...raise flop? raise turn?

I think it's a good spot for a calldown.

The misclick makes you look very weak/drawy, and he's making all "I want you to fold" bets. Without a contrary read, I think you could consider even shoving the turn after this action. I do think he can have enough outs against your hand to make that worthwhile.

I definitely want a read at this point. 125 BBs isn't a huge amount but it's way more than I want to lose over a misclick.

I think shoving has a lot of merit here.

My reasoning is this:

Lets say instead of the misclick we bet $13. He 3 pops to $40 and we call.

He shoves the turn and we fold cause he has a set. We have made the exact same move in a different way for almost the exact same price. If he's bluffing, we win.

Well, it is true that not many hands would shove on this board, especially since we have the (which would elimiate hands like AQs and KQs from his range). [Kc] is rare due to preflop, but [8c], FD+gutshots, nut flush draws, and pair+FD hands may also shove. Plus you lose the EV of him continuing to bluff/value bet worse or us making a set on the turn. Plus sets are hard to make and JJ is less likely due to preflop.

I would much prefer a 3-bet against someone we had a read on and would be happy getting it in with QQ here.

On the turn since there are so few combos of hands that beat us (55 just got less likely) I am simply not folding unless BB is a nit.

I shoved the turn. He had 65s and I felt like an idiot. I really felt like my stupid misclick on the flop forced me to play the hand this way because he had to think I was a donk.....Probably still does so hopefully I'll get it back in later hands with him.
