UTG calls $0.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, 2 folds, UTG calls $2.

Flop: ($5.75) [7c], [3s], [Kh] (2 players)
UTG bets $1.5, Hero raises to $6, UTG calls $4.50.

Turn: ($17.75) [Th] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $10, UTG calls $10.

River: ($37.75) [Jh] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Bet more on turn, at least 14, I also like a river bet of about half a pot with intention of folding to a CR. I doubt that you'll be bluff-raised here, while he could pay you with Kx.

I think that his mostlikely hand here KQ and you missed value.
