Easy fold preflop. Maybe you wanted to try to snap one off of the XL, but as soon as there's a caller in there, you're out. If you're in, then you want Ice's 15:1 rule or something like that...and a 10x raises usually never satisfies that. You didn't hit your set on the flop so you're DONE! So, even if you call the preflop bet, you're folding unless you get an OESD or a set...you missed, you need to fold.
