I agree with briacheck on the turn card, as that kind opponent is likely to hold AJ KJ possibly suited correctly to call a bet and possibly make a crying call as well on the river. If he comes over the top on the turn you have an easier time deciding if he has the straight or not than on the river.

If I check that turn, then I push all in on the river. I want it to look like I'm trying to buy it.

His two straight checks to you are pretty weak. I'd probably have bet the turn though.
