I like it. And I like you turn bet. You dont want to chase him to go away if he has a worse hand. If he has you beat you probably lose your stack. Being out of position sucks.
I think you have to call river after you checked.

He cant possibly have , going all in after your check. I really liked the way you played it. $4 to $7 pot is ok, since there is a slight chance of you behind at that point.

BTW, I DO see a lot of players pushing in with the nuts like that (when the chances of a caller seems low) and also see another bunch of people who actually call with, for example, AA -no diamonds.

No need to say you have a call there, anyway.
