I wasnt involved in this pot but I think it has some merit, and kind of goes along with the dont raise and fold the best hand theory that Ice posted about.
Player1 is very agressive player, plays a lot of hands preflop but only raises with premium hand, player #2 is a bit on the weak tight side, he players very few hands and doesnt play agressive enough after the flop IMO.
Blinds are .$25/.50, player 1 has $40 in front of him player 2 covesrs. Player 1 makes it $4 from ep, player 2 calls and so does one of the blinds. Flop is 932 two hearts, player 1 fires out $15, player 2 calls. turn is the A not a heart, player 1 pushes all in for another $21. Player 2, has KK. What do you do if you are player 2? Would you reraise the flop?????
Here is my read on the hand, knowing that player 2 has KK, I put player 1 on QQ or JJ. If he has AA, there is no reason to push all in here. I personally would have raised the flop. Any thoughs?
Results below:
Player 1 had AQ and caught his 3 outter on the turn, player 2 thought about it for a while and made the call. I would have made the same call but for different reasons, he is the type of player that cant fold big hands, me I really thought JJ. Player 1 bitched about how stupid a call player 2 made, which I didnt really agree with. He completely ignored the fact that he put almost half his stack in preflop and after the flop with 3 outs.
