I figured him for an over-pair or TPTK, and when he called I expected to see two-pair... didn't expect to be out-kicked

If I don't manage to take this guys money I'm going to have to return my poker player badge. :?

So should I have played this differently?

he, my friend, is a muppet.

i dunno...i feel like w/out a solid player read, you shouldn't try to outplay a raiser like that at the $20 tables...maybe 1% of the time will the avg player fold to your $4 reraise..go all-in or take the odds and just call his min raise (i would probably just call). i'm not sure how i feel about the turn push...i don't think it's a bad play w/ the additional heart draw, but the turn card is certainly scary and he could very well give you a free/cheap card if you check.

woah, in the second hand, is that iceman in seat 2?

Yep, that's Iceman. He blew his bankroll playing $1000 and is trying to grind it back together before his stakers find out.
