nah the guy did nothing wrong. If it wasn't a 4 you would of agreed to reshuffle and turn the new card. In response to he shoulda "Split the pot with ya." This is cards, its not like sharing in 4th grade, your at war. Sometimes things go with you and sometimes against you, if I was him, I would not be splitting that pot.
