how much should i bet the turn and should i reraise the river?

You turn bets have to be MUCH bigger. 2x what they are. You really need to cut thr odds more on these draw happy turns. Even the flops as well. Call me crazy I may even overbet these flops cause I would be happy with the take there. You dont wanna see turn with these flops.IMO. There are just too many hands that fit in there.

yeah agreed...try to make your turn bets 2/3s of the pot...or.. at least double what you bet on the flop.
