The only hand I'm really afraid of here is QTs which doesn't seem likely anyway, so basically I'm trying to figure out what amounts to raise on turn and river. (I'm generally a limit player where we don't make such complicated decisions as bet size.) I think a pot-sized raise is good on the turn which doesn't give a flush odds to draw. On the river I have the second nuts and his bet seemed like a blocking bet. I raised 1/2 pot. Is this enough to extract value from top pair/two pair, here or should I go bigger, like 2/3 or full pot raise?
