No hand on the river ($100 NL 6-max)

$100 NL 6-max at Stars. Just sat down a couple of orbits ago. No reads at all. Still learning 6-max, so any advice, no matter how obvious, is much appreciated.

One guy limps with a double stack utg, folds to me on the button, I raise to $5 with [8c][6c], both blinds call, limper folds. Blinds both have about $70.

Pot $16. Flop [Kh][Ts][7s]. SB bets $1, BB folds. I follow Iceman's advice and raise a flop bet into me with any two cards. I raise to $16. He calls quickly. :x

Pot $48. Turn [Qd]. check/check

Pot $48. River [3h]. SB bets $5. And I ...??

I'm getting used to this kind of situation, where I have nothing on the end. I fold to a real bet, and I think about bluffing on the end if they check. But wtf to do here? That $5 bet looks like a blocking bet that's scared, but at the same time I would hate to pay another $40 or whatever and find out the guy won't fold his QJ or whatever. He's clearly a moron. Anybody bluff raise here? Anybody do anything different on any street postflop?

How many mistakes did I make here, anyway? Or is everything fine, and this is just a typical 6-max hand?

riase more PF, the guy min-raised you, I would make it like 9 bbs. if he's a tard playing aa or kk that way, he'll let you know. As played you probably let QJ or AX of spades in cheap and now you find yourself forked.

If this was beca I would say the guy has tpnk and wont fold for any price. At stars I'm temped to make a PSR and take my lumps.

In any case your opponent is clearly a moron.

Why not bet the turn? then if he calls you go ck/ck on the river.

i would be much more apt to raise flop w/ no draw at all.

when someone wants to offer me 16:1 to hit a gutshot...i might just take the odds and call.
