$2/$5 NL live game. The opponent is Michael Holligan. OK, hes not really a celebrity but he owned Holligan Homes and had (still has in syndication) a show called "Your New House". Some of you may have seen it. Kind of a Bob Villa kind of thing.

Pot $35. Flop [Qd][4d]. He bets $30. Im sure I have the best hand but decide to wait for a non turn before going crazy. I call.

Pot $95. Turn . UGH!.....but he checks. I do what? We're both a little over $1000 deep.

Bet-fold. Checking isn't good. You don't really want to get to a showdown since he's likely got an ace, and your bet may get him off an ace that is now likely going to beat you...he's not folding a flush, or a Q, so if he check-raises, you know exactly where you stand.

Good chance you're ahead here, but not by much. Bet, fold to a raise.

He called the turn bet so I think he has a 75% of the time. He raised preflop so that tends to make me think his is fairly high.

When the fell his hand started to move ever so slightly towards his chips and I immediately reached for a stack and then he checked. I dont think he saw me looking at him out of the corner of my eye because he was looking downwards.

Anyone think I can bet here and push him off what Im guessing is the ?
