I guess I am just running bad

Postby piersmajestyk » Sat Mar 19, 2005 1:26 pm

The guy two to my right was a huge fish who was overbetting mnay times with nothing so that is why I called his miniraise preflop because if you hit you were VERY likely to get paid off. Well I hit pretty strong on the flop  but the pokergods today have just laughed at me.

Party Poker is not run by "poker gods," but by poker Satan. I thought that was clear.

Love the preflop call in those circumstances. Call $4 to win $200.

Follow this opponent to every table he sits down on. Wow.

K3nt,

I can't agree w/ you here... You had no idea he was going allin there... I would say 9 times out of 10 if you call his preflop, your going to fold on the flop if he bets... He just happened to luck into one of the few hands that would have him up big, and then poker satan  thought it would be funny to snatch it out from under him... :D
