BB is running at 16/10 ove about 100 hands. Stacks $100.

I would call, though I dont think there is a "wrong" move here other than folding?
If he has AK/AQ then you should be able to take it away on the turn even if you miss, if he has AA-TT you are getting excellent odds to outdraw.
