The only read I had in the beginning of this guy was that he was making a move on a lot of pots... in PT these are the stats I found of him 62 hands, agressive 4.0

I probably just call turn, As not much u beat is gonna call. As played....easy fold on turn. A minbet then MRR is usually a monster.

I think checking preflop is better than raising. No sense in creating a big pot out of position with a medium hand. His turn re-raise was probably the best place to fold. This indicates super strength. As played, yes good fold on the river.

There is no reason to raise out of the BB with a mediocre hand like QTs. If you are going to raise borderline hands only do it when you have postion, doing this from the blinds is only going to lead to you playing a weak hand out of postion. Your raise on the turn is also really bad, you have represented and overpair and your raise is only going to get action from hands that beat you.

If you are gonna raise this preflop then make it bigger dude, $3 looks about right, maybe more.

But yeah, I agree with the consensus, just rap in the BB with this and play straightforward poker at $25NL = Monies.
