$2/$4 NL at Tribeca

I open to $14 in the SB with [Qs]. BB calls. He has $240 and I cover

Pot $28. Flop [8h][5c]. I bet $20 and he calls.
Pot $68. Turn . I check. He bets $40 and I call.
Pot $148. River . I check and he pushes $170 all in.

Its his 1st round at the table so I have like 4 hands with him. The only hand I saw him play went something like this. Unraised pot. He had A5 (BB maybe). Flop 765. He check called min bet. Turn was a K. He checked, guy bet $8 and villain CR to $24, then called $50 all in. Other guy had 98.

So hes not afraid to bluff...but that was a small pot. I dont know if he would bluff a big one or not but get the feeling hes a moron. I think he either has a monster here or total air.

With these conditions shortstack+blindbattle+suspected bluffing monkey I would call here. (On a side note, I would bet turn here.)

Ice - how do you find the 2/4 at Beca compared to the 1/2. I'm quite rolled for the 2/4 and I honestly cant see those dim idiots being any better at 2/4, but the whole 75bb cap gets to me for some reason... opinion?

I'm going to stick my neck out here, and say that if he's got a set I don't think he played it that badly. The flop was fairly safe and he's got you deliberating whether to call all in with TP Q kicker.
