i dont like the push at all. he is giving you immediate pot odds to hit your hand. there's no need to worry about implied odds/folding equity, and with a paired board there should be no huge rush to play for your stack. you're something like 2.5:1 to river your hand and you're getting 8:1 on a turn call. keeping the pot small also allows you to either fold or minimize your losses in the unlikely event that the river is
