Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with [3s], [3d].
Hero calls $0.50, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.50, MP3 calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($2.50) [8c], [3h], [5h] (6 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1.5, Hero raises to $5, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, SB folds, BB calls $3.50.

Turn: ($12.50) [Tc] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $11, BB calls $11.

River: ($34.50) [Qh] (3 players)
BB bets $32.5 (All-In), Hero ?

He just kept coming and then tanked it back at me on the river. Was he just chasing and hit or just a monster bluffer, he insta-pushed when that heart hit. No read on opponent, he'd been at the table for 5 hands and new to me.

id say he has the flush here, ive seen the flush played like this many many times- 3rd suit hits the board insta-all-in to look like a bluff

That's the hand I'm supposed to fold, but I tend to call.

Once I can fold that hand, I'll be back to being a winning player, I think.

I'm gpoing to adorn my monitor with post-it notes that all have the word on them...

I guess thats the only hand that would enable him to correctly call my bets. 4h 2h and 6h 4h also possible i would think.

The chances of him drawing against pot odds (common at $50NL) and hitting his flush on the river are IMMENSELY greater than the chances of him being that balsy of a player that he could call 2 pot sized bets and push on the river representing a flush.

I'd say its at least 4:1 that he has the flush and the pots laying you 2:1.
