Folding full housh in a reraised pot? NL200, 6max

OP is rather loose, but plays reasonably well postflop.
Full stacks.

Preflop: MP raises 7, folded to me in a BB and I reraise to 25 with [Jh] [Jc], he calls.

Flop (50) : [Qh] [Jd] [3h]
I bet 45, he calls.

Turn (140): [3c]
I check, he checks.

River (140): [Qs]
I check, he bets AI 130
I?

Thoughts?

Turn check was ok on that board IMO, as he would fold TP if I bet the turn, and I don't need to worry about the draws now.
Well, river was the worst possible card. Can I fold this?
