normally i wouldn't limp this from up front...but most of the raises at this table had been minraises....and honestly i'm usually willing to play these types of hands against a minraise.

not a bad flop for me....pair and a flush draw...meaning i can play a bit even against someone with a jack in their hand.

looking back...this bet seems stupid. maybe i should check/fold or check/call? or push all-in? at the time of the hand....i put him squarely on a jack and that this point i think i'm representing something bigger than a jack.

It's hard for me to read this, so I don't know the position of the players. But I'll guess that he was either on an open ended straight draw or he had top pair.

I would think top pair and your raise scared him but he is not going to fold just in case is Pair is good.
