In a unraised pot he led with a minibet then called a PSB raise with a GS on a 3 flush board. I have seen him take a stab at the pot when the PFR checked after his raise.


Hand:

I get [Jh] in the CO and raise him to $9. He is the only limper and he limped UTG.

Villian bets $10.50, I raise to $30, he calls

turn: $82

Villian checks, Hero bets $50, Villian C/R to $100, Hero folds


Analysis:

Flop: He donks into me so his range i guess here is 32,64,76, A8,99-AA,22,88,55. He did not comeback over me when I raised him so I would think that big pairs would do so and sets,

Turn: I do still need to protect against draws as this is a fairly wet board, Plus, if i get raised here I am certain I am beat so betting seems best,

Thoughts?

I like the way you played it because I think you maximized your payout versus his possible hand range.

Good fold as the turn check raise from this guy is the goods for sure.
