Does this river scare anyone?

$1/$2 NL 6 max.

I raise to $7 wth [Kh][Js]. BB calls. My only read is that he has $96.40.

Pot $15. Flop [7s][5c][2c]. He checks / calls my $11 bet.
Pot $37. Turn [Jh]. He checks, I bet $24. He calls.
Pot $85. River [Ad]. He checks with $54 left. He could very well have Ax of clubs. No idea if he would check that to me or not. Shove in a and hope he calls with 99 / 88? Or check behind?
