I probably lay it down, with two of them in there and one being a draw-chaser, the odds are too high that one of them has the flush. I would bet more on the flop though, $12 or so.

I thiink a lay down is fine right here. You can't really call and I don't like the push too much either. Given your read, it looks like any 2 hearts for your opponent right there.

raising the turn is a pretty awful idea.

everything about your read on this player suggests that he has the flush. a fold is fine. his aggression is less than 1.

i personally would probably call and evaluate the river. i could see him playing a set the same way. im not sure why but a lot of people slowplay the flop with 2 pair/set on a flush draw board but feel the need to lead once the flush card hits.
