confused by a turn bet

made a horrible play here at the end by calling (i talked myself into a possible jj or tptk) but what an i supposed to do on the turn when a scare card comes and he bets so weakly, also after that strange bet does anyone call the river?

1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.6, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls $1.35, MP1 calls $1.35, MP3 folds.

Flop: ($5.40) [5c], [3s], [5s] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets $5.15, UTG+1 calls $5.15, MP1 folds.

Turn: ($15.70) [7s] (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $1, Hero calls $1.

River: ($17.70) [2h] (2 players)
UTG+1 calls $10.60 (All-In), Hero calls $10.60.

Final Pot: $38.90

Results in white below:
UTG+1 has 4c Ac (straight, five high).

oh yeah, in case you couldn't tell villian is horrible

I read his bet as one of two things... a blocking bet or the nut flush. There is a really easy way to find out, and calling is not it. You either raise or fold there.

yeah i think you have to raise there. he's only got $10 behind it and you have the [Qs], so just shove it in. i'm not sure what i'd expect to be up against...but he's a shortstack so i'd expect to be ahead enough of the time, and it's not like you're going anywhere anyway.

weak bets could mean a monster but he doesn't have enough behind him and so many time that weak bet means nothing so I just push. If he had more money, I definitely make a sizable raise, like to $8-10 and fold it he pushes for a significant amount.
