I've been reraising with AQ and AK all the time playing SH. I'll not be reraising with AQ from early position on a full ring and certainly not a tight player.
Reraising is much better than calling with AQ and AK most of the times IMO, cause the CB will probably win you the pot most of the times.

I really don't see why you'd call a raise with it if it's suited. Being suited means so little in a HU or 3-way pot imho.
