I have no idea what to make of this somewhat out of character, awkwardly sized turn raise on a fairly coordinated board.

[8h] which I didn't even have in his range there at all. So by not re-raising, I gave him a shot to beat me with 4 outs which was the worst thing that I did. Also gave him a shot to catch a 9 or 8 that may have further hung him too though because there was no way he was calling another raise with that hand.
