I think a bet/fold this river is best. He could easily be calling you down with a king or 9 and pay off another smallish bet, and he almost never comes over the top unless he has you beat. It's also unlikely that he's floating two streets to take it away on the river, and that he'd valuebet too many worse hands so check/calling is probably giving money away too often. Check/fold is too weak since you lose value from all the hands he checks behind with.

I'd bet around $25.
