I'm no expert, but "fold PF" seems to come to mind... And, I'd probably check behind on the turn, and try to get to showdown as cheap as possible... NO WAY IN CRAP I'M CALLING THAT CHECK-RAISE...

Sucks to be an insomniac, huh...

PREFLOP:
I think folding preflop is the best option in this scenario. Although you have position, AQ is easily dominated and very marginal in a raised pot.

FLOP:
I like the flop raise. If youre gonna play the hand, at least be aggressive when you hit it.

TURN:
Ugly bet. Either put some real money out there or check. I prefer checking, since the preflop raiser also called a decent flop raise, he probably has [As]A or [Ks]K. Try to keep the pot small now that theres a very good chance you're beaten.

The way the hand played out on the turn..reinforces a high spade over-pair..or even perhaps [As][Ks]. I think it's a most fold.

MVP,

It amazes me that we have more sense then these "good players" on 10/20NL. The future is looking bright for us.

preflop: fold the AQ offsuit

flop: raising is good...nice amount too.

turn: 2 options. check behind or push. if the villain's stack is roughly equivalent to the pot size and you don't have the nuts...you don't have other choices. check or push. it depends what you put him on. pushing may actually fold Ax [As] or Kx [Ks]...because the flop raise may have seemed like a raise from a flush draw. i think it's also acceptable to cut your losses and check/fold unless you hit a Q on the river. betting $350 into that pot is suicide.

but what the hell do i know. my bankroll is less than most of their stacks.

Agree, I need a reason to play that AQo and if I am playing it then I am jamming it all the way since I have to believe I have the best hand. In those situations I think it is better to hit the Q than the A since you will still have AK beat here.

With the position I agree with the chk on the turn since this is where you might get pounced to a slow played hand.

See the river and the action and see what happens.

Sorry this adds little but it is nice to be on the same page as others.

Might as well raise this guy preflop and see what happens. It's alot better than just calling the EP raise.
If you don't fold the best hand every once in awhile, you're probably not playing your best poker

Why fold preflop? AQ is dominated by most raising hands, I understand that. But he raised less than 4xBB preflop. Doesn't sound like AA/KK to me thats usually a big raise or a call/reraise preflop. I at least call if not reraise depending on my read of the villian. You've got position and a hand that can beat KK if the flop hits you.
I like the reraise on the flop. Seeing how the hand played out I think he had [As] [Ks] and by reraising you weren't giving him odds to draw.
I definitely fold after his all-in unless I've got him marked as a muppet. I think he has the flush or has a set QQ/99 and either way you're beat here.
