Anyone hate this turn push?

UTG ($107) limps. I raise to $10 on OTB with [Qc][9c]. UTG calls.

Pot $23. Flop [Kh][Qd][9d]. He checks. I bet $21. He calls.
Pot $65. Turn [4d]. He checks. I shove all in. Its $76 to him.

I dont know what the hell else to do here. I cant bet / fold and I sure cant check behiind so I thought I might as well shove it in and let him decide what to do. Thoughts?
