KK and a big raise

Postby kennyg » Wed Aug 03, 2005 1:12 pm

Prima 1/2

I'm dealt [Kd][Kh] in MP. Folded to me..I raise to $10. MP ($211) calls. He's a decent player, pretty aggressive. Everyone else folds.

FLOP $22
[Qd][6d][3d]

I bet $20. Opponent raises all-in to $211. Call or fold? Remember I do have the king of diamonds.

Fold, you can find better spots to put your money in. Kings aren't looking so great on this board even though you have the second nut flush draw. I don't like risking my stack without a made hand in this situation.

Just my thoughts,
-You know me,
-Me who?
-Me, me.
-Oh yeah hey

Tell him he's a turd burglar and then fold.

The only hand I can see him doing that with that you are beating right now is AQ with the [Ad]

ok ok I lied.... My opponent had the KK and called my crazy all-in.

I had AA with the [Ad]. I made this move because this guy is a complete station...and is in one of my previous set hands.

Actually I like your push here. You'll get called by AQ/KQ and KK with the [Kd] a lot of the time which you'll love, hell he might even call with AK and the [Kd]. Even if he has QQ you have plenty of outs (well, 11). I like it a lot. :D
