I am told by the better players that patients is rewarded in NL

I have been running very bad today and was down $160 on the NL50 tables. I made 2 bad plays that cost me $80 out of frustration.

I waited and I played and then wham. I won $140 in just a few good hands.

The cards just started to come my way.

I was almost even for the day and I paid off a flush chaser

how come i see you post hands from stakes of 25/50c to 1/2?
