Amazing hand

1/2 prima

I've been cleaning up and have had my best day on 1/2 ever, which made the fold easier. I have both guys covered.

Dealt [Ks][Kd] in MP. One limper.. I raise to $10. Button..decent player calls. EP calls.

FLOP$32
[Td][9d][9h]

EP checks. I bet $20.

Button mini raises to $40. EP limper cold calls the bet and reraise. Uhoh. I fold.

TURN $alot
[Td][9d][9h][9s]

EP limper checks, Button checks.

RIVER $alot
[Td][9d][9h][9s][6d]

Check ,check.

EP shows [9c][7c] for quads. Button shows [Th][Tc] for the nut full house on the flop..losing to the case 9 on the turn.

EP's play was so obiosvly a 9, that the nut full house checked it in position twice!
I'm glad I folded considering the monsters these boys held. If the pot was heads up..I probably wouldn't have gotten away from it.

Nice foldy. You showed your poker talents on that one. A muppet losses his stack there.

Iceman's comments are exactly what I've learned over the past few months. When I see AA/KK preflop, I get no more excited than 67s.

Learning to fold overpairs and TPTK has been a huge step in my game (not saying I do it everytime). They are gold at lower levels and often death as you move up

The time to get excited is when you look at AA and then you hear the little jingle that means someone raised before it got to you.

Thats why I like Prima. I love that jingle.
