Villian is running at 55/6 over 25 hands, so he's bad. That's all I know, I have no idea of his post flop play or any of that junk. Effective stacks $100.

1. I raise [Qs] to $4 from UTG, CO and BB calls.
2. Flop [5h][6d], pot $12. I bet $10, CO min-raises me to $20, and BB folds.

What am I doing here?

Gotta 3bet and get it in here, folding sucks, calling sucks. You're ahead of his range and he may make a really bad call with 89 or something.

I would be inclined to call and re-evaluate on the turn. If the villain allows me to see a cheap showdown, then all the better, plus if you do get to see the showdown, you learn something about what the villain is doing.

If he fires pot size on the turn, its either fold or all in, feel like a gamble? You probably have the odds to shove at that point as A9, TT and JJ are definitely possible, I would be rather surprised to see AA or KK, but I guess two pair or a set are definitely in his range.

I got into this spot today and villain had AA. The board was a little less drawy (and I had position) so I called his flop minraise and shoved over his turn bet Without position and with the draws out there, a 3-bet is called for here. You should be ahead of his range.

His minraise could easily be a draw, a lot of people will minraise the flop with a draw hoping that we just call and check to them on the turn so that they can check behind and get a free card.

If we 3bet this flop we should be raising to about $65, and if the then pushes it is $35 to call in a $200 pot so even if he does have 2pair, we have to call given the odds. There is no way you can possible 3bet then fold this flop as his range will be wide enough that we have an enormous amount of equity against it for the odds we are given.

Ok thanks guys I 3-bet and called a shove, for the reasons Roy and Triple B said (the board being too drawy).

I have somewhat a hard question now, which is at what point does the board become too drawy that I need to 3-bet? For example, I would not 3-bet [5s][2h] here, yet I obviously would [5h][7s]. Anyone got some idea where the board becomes just drawy enough that a 3-bet is called for?

My guess would be something like [6h][9d] (so what I had earlier only a rainbow), but I wasn't even sure a 3-bet was right here so I'm curious if you guys think this is close to correct.
