Opponent is UTG running at 47/10 with an attempt to steal of 25 over 40 hands. Effective stacks $200.

1. UTG min raises (he has not done this before) to $2, SB calls, I call with [Kc] in the BB. Is this ok against this kind of player oop and deep?

2. Flop [3h][4h], pot $6. SB checks, I check, UTG bets $1, SB calls, I CR to $8, UTG calls and SB folds.

3. Turn , pot $23. I lead $17, UTG min-raises me to $34, I call.

4. River . pot $81. I lead $80.

Thoughts on all streets appreciated.

I don't hate your preflop call. Obviously I don't want to play AK OOP but since we are deep I don't really mind keeping the pot small here. I would 3-bet this some/most of the time though.

On the flop, I'm not sure I like the C/R if that was your plan. After he bet's so weakly it seems a raise is mandatory though. I think I prefer a lead here to make it look like I am protecting my hand rather than drawing.

Turn looks standard.

River seems OK. I would sometimes check/raise here but leading big seems OK as this guy seems to like his hand and may have the or flopped a flush with a hand like [Jh] or something. I just hope he doesn't shove here thought because that would really suck.

seriously though....your play is fine. if he made a normal-sized bet i'd just c/c flop and might even c/c it here, but i cant fault your check-raise after his $1 flop bet.

turn you can c/c but your line is also fine.

Preflop is a clear 3-bet.
On the flop I like a lead or check/call more than a check-raise.
Turn play is ok.
River bet is too big, you'd have a hard time folding to a push and is unlikely to call. I'd like it better if you bet about 55 folding to a push.
