I have been playing AKo poorly I think. Is this a raise preflop? Is a fold not a bad play as well from an UTG raise?

I don't remember much about villian except he was kind of loose. PA hud doesn't seem to be working very well with Vista. Looking at the PT stats he is 85/28/1.5 over 150 hands
