i've only played a bit with the villain, but he seems fairly TAG, kinda ABCish so far.

We both have full stacks.

I open in MP with [9d] to 24. he calls out of the BB.

$50 pot. HU. flopc omes [6d][3s]. he checks, i make my standard CB of $36. he raises to $89. I just call.

at this point, who reraises? who thinks my hand is well enough disguised to warrant the call here?

Pots about $230ish. turns the . Ok, now i got 3 more outs. he bets $125. barely half pot. Who pushes against this bet with my new draw? who's happy getting these kind of odds and just calls?

In my experiences 1/2 pot bets are more often than not value bets, so I don't think you have enough fold equity here to make this profitable (I don't want to do the number calcs but I assume you need some fold equity to make this profitable). I'd just call and take my odds. If I was gonna push I'd much prefer the flop, though without any overs I probably wouldn't do that either.

Despite the small bet, i really thought he had a monster here. and opted to just call the turn bet. Still, i was sitting there a good 15 seconds with the slider all the way over ready to push, and then starting trying to decide if i had as much FE as i thought i did.

Then, for the first (and only) time this week (i'm now 1-5) I hit a big draw when the came on the river. he checked to me on the river pot was rougly $480. I bet out $275, he thought for a bit and pushed in for another 100 or so more. I dragged against his set of 10's
