1/2NL 6max: Push this flop?

Postby mecha » Thu Feb 22, 2007 1:07 am

Still adjusting to life at 6max. Here is an interesting hand from tonight.

I figure the button should raise with a flush or set on the flop but is capable of trapping with his low aggression. His most likely holding is a mid pair or draw. BB could have anything at this pt. I may or may not be behind. Either way I have a lot of outs against his range and small raise.

If I call the BBs raise on the flop, the button would be inclined to call as well if he has a medium to high pair. I believe he will fold anything but AA,KK or a flush to a push. Either way I have outs.

What do you think of the push here on the flop?

Situation:
BB is bad player
Button is sTP

Seems totally fine to me...you have fold equity, and if you're behind, you likely have loads of outs.
