I can't put the villain on a hand here. My image has been tight. Is this a pretty clear fold w/o a read?

I would probably check turn to him and be prepared to call another PSB. If he still valuebets pot on the river it's a fold.
As played I still think you have to fold, you are only beating JT here and 9T and 89 is definately in his range (and he doesn't have to raise the flop with those hands).

A lot of tricky players will of course also float you on the flop with a smaller PP, but the turn minraise does smell of monster.

Against an unknown I Probably give it up.

Why are your flop and turn bet amounts so small? The problem is he might have mistaken those light amounts for some missed AK.
