Villian is 19/13/3. Literally 30 seconds before this hand, the exact same situation came up on another table, same player, same positions, yet I fired a 4 bet and he folded. I had AK.

Does anyone bet this turn once he checks?

And given the timespan between each hand I played with him, I just felt if I 4 bet he would prolly shove, and I'd be in a tough spot, so I just called in position (I would also do this with AK and AA and whatnot) does anyone think my logic is ok?
